Description: She had no bowel movements for about a week and visited a clinic with abdominal pain. Rub the plump breasts of the G cup and check for lumps. When you start washing the nipple with a wet cotton ball, She had no bowel movements for about a week and visited a clinic with abdominal pain. Rub the plump breasts of the G cup and check for lumps. When you start washing the nipple with a wet cotton ball, it reacts sensitively. When the cotton ball is continuously crawled from the female genitalia to the anus, the pant voice becomes louder and cloudy mucus overflows from the vagina. The vagina and anus of a sexually aroused patient are expanded with a speculum and an anus to further stimulate the inside. As a finishing touch for the initial examination, hand over a fig enema and have him inject himself. The condition of the stool is visually checked after excretion in a simple toilet on the spot, and the condition is confirmed by palpating the anus after defecation. After defecation with figs, move on to a full-scale rectal examination. Insert a finger into the anus to see if there are any fecal clumps left in the intestine. When the anus is stimulated with a finger, the patient Ruru begins to leak a sigh of pleasure. Stick out the buttocks in a standing position and insert an expansion stick to inspect the condition of the anal sphincter muscle. When I let myself pump the thickest stick, I began to feel like anal masturbation. In order to check whether the excretory organs are functioning normally, put the ball konnyaku into the rectum and excrete it in the basin. A large amount of air is sent into the intestine with a glass syringe to cause strong flatus and gas in the rectum. Final examination and bowel cleansing with a high-pressure enema using an irrigator on an electric gynecological examination table. By injecting 1 liter of lukewarm water into the irrigator and excreting it, the fecal impaction accumulated in the intestines is excreted from the body. Since the patient showed a sexual reaction during this treatment, I allowed him to touch his nipples and genitals with his fingers to endure the urge to defecate. Since the self-abuse behavior intensified, we allowed the use of a vibrator and continued bowel cleansing with a large volume enema.
